The Christkindl Market of Bryan takes place under the magical lights of downtown Bryan’s courthouse square. Join us for an outdoor, European-style Christmas market experience featuring unique vendors, hot drinks, specialty food and nightly entertainment. Visits with Santa and horse-drawn wagon rides are also included!

2024 Activities

Admission to the market is FREE and includes nightly entertainment and activities. See our 2024 schedule.

Test your gingerbread skills and enter for a chance to win! See the 2024 Gingerbread House Contest rules and entry form. Visitors are also invited to view the Bryan Area Foundation’s Festival of Trees on select nights during the market and vote for their favorite tree displayed at local businesses around the square.

Several special events are also happening. Those wishing to participate must purchase tickets for these activities.

Progressive Holiday Party, Dec. 7: Enjoy holiday appetizers, cocktails and dessert at four different downtown locations, along with a “last look” at the Bryan Area Foundation’s Festival of Trees. Purchase tickets.
Sweet Life Christkindl Walk, Dec. 12: Ticket holders will gather Christmas goodies ranging from specialty chocolates to festive cookies from participating Christkindl Market vendors and downtown businesses. All ticket holders will be entered for a chance to win a beautiful gift basket! Purchase tickets.
Painting Workshop: Create a beautiful piece of holiday artwork to display or give as a gift. Instruction and all materials are provided. Register now.
